Enchilada Casserole
Choose from our savory chicken, tender pork carnitas, or fresh vegetable mix.  Layered with onions, black beans, and shredded cheese. Smothered in your choice of Red Enchilada or Green Tomatillo Sauce. Topped off with a drizzle of our famous Baja Sauce.  Served with a fresh garden salad.

Sundried Tomato Wrap
Enjoy our fiesta wrap stuffed with your choice of meat and cheese, fresh spring greens and a chipolte cream cheese sauce, rolled in a Sundried Tomato tortilla.  Served with chips and our homemade spicy cole slaw.

Taco, Tostada, & Salad Bar
One of our traditional favorites, you can build it the way you want it. Comes with seasoned Chicken, ground beef, and refried beans, and all of the toppings. Served with a mixed green salad.

Summer Salad
A crisp and refreshing mix of iceberg and romaine lettuces topped with sliced red grapes, avocado, pecans, and panela cheese. Served with raspberry vinaigrette dressing and a dinner roll. Add chicken or shrimp.

Street Tacos
Soft mini corn tortillas served with seasoned carne asada, marinated chicken, cilantro, onions, limes, rice and refried beans.
